What do our Residents have to say?

  • Tim Seaman

It just feels like home, people really do care about each other here. Not too small .. not too big with many big city amenities but without the hassle of big city issues.

  • Mindy Brinkerhoff

I love all of the opportunities for entertainment! We have the gorgeous Orpheum Theatre, The Hard Rock, various local community theatres, and amazing (not to mention award winning) high school activities such as speech, band, choir and show choir!

  • Pat O'Connor

Sioux City offers me the chance to live near my family. Our town is just big enough to offer many things, but not too big. We’re on a steady growth with many job opportunities around.
